  Statsfile not found

Halllo
Ich hab mir Flaskmpeg runtergeladen, ausgepackt, nach C: kopiert und versucht eine SVCD- Datei in Avi umzuwandeln. Ausgabeformat hab ich Avi output eingestellt, aber ich bekomme die Meldung"Statsfile not found" und" an Error occured when tying to generate this file. Check that your not using the output File, or the Program is setup correctly.
Der Preview Bildschirm hat sich auch verändert. Anfangs war er klein und quadratisch und jetzt ist er gross und rechteckig. Bedeckt in der Länge fast den ganzen Bildschirm, nachdem ich bei Profile auf SVCD PAL geklickt hatte, aber nur bei dem o.g. Film.
Ich hab auch schon die Boardsuche ausprobiert, aber nichts gefunden.

Bei Xmpeg habe ich genau das gleiche Problem. Da kommmt noch dazu, "The output Plugin has crashed during compilation. The conversion has stopped. The message prevent Xmpeg to crash! Hilfe!!!
